• Quarter PixEL motion estimation shines, giving really large gains, but only for some scenes.
  -> Don't use qpel on old, black & white movies.
  -> Don't use qpel on (constantly moving, handheld camera)-type movies.
• Note that these recomendations might change as we combine more options with qpel.
• Even if qpel was recently optimized, there's still a significant speed drop.
• B frames doesn't mix very well with qpel, on only one scene we got a gain and we already seeen that this particular scene likes B frames very much.
• Anime doesn't like B frames, with or without qpel.
