• B frames are fast ;
• Don't use B frames alone, use hq or hq+4mv with them ;
• Don"t use more than one B frame ;
• Don't use B frames on anime ! ;
• On "Pale Rider" one B frame gives a very good PSNR boost (0.50+ dB) but on the other scenes the report is mixed
  We will need to combine B frames with other options to really see if they win or loose PSNR.
